These are the questions
How do projects typically start?
Most projects begin with a quick intro call where we align on goals, scope, and budget, and figure out if we’re a good fit. Once that’s in place, we move into a kickoff session to set direction and expectations—then we get to work.
What does your discovery phase look like?
Discovery is often the first step in our collaboration, giving both sides a chance to calibrate how we work while we run the research needed to move forward with clarity. By the end, we define a clear direction for design and execution, captured in practical artefacts like FigJam boards and stakeholder interview summaries. You’ll have everything documented and handed over—so you can either continue working with us or take the insights and apply them elsewhere.
Do you work on fixed-price or time & materials?
We primarily work on a time & materials basis, which gives the flexibility most digital product work requires. Depending on the situation, we also support staff augmentation and scope-based engagements with a fixed timeframe and cost.
What’s your typical project timeline?
Most projects run between one and three months, depending on the scope and overall complexity.
What do we actually get at the end?
It depends on the type of engagement: in a design-only project, you’ll receive detailed documentation that acts as a clear, development-ready source of truth; in end-to-end projects, we take things further and deliver a finished product—typically as a live website or accessible URL, ready to use.
Do you do development?
We handle no-code development in-house, but for custom-coded solutions we collaborate with trusted partners. On end-to-end projects, we manage this process closely to ensure everything comes together as intended.
Do you hand off code or just design files?
It depends on the project. In most cases, we hand off design files via Figma or deliverables built in no-code tools like Framer. If the scope includes development, then code is part of the handoff as well.
How do you price projects?
We offer a mix of fixed-price service models, along with custom pricing tailored to the specific scope and needs of each project.
What’s the minimum engagement size?
Our projects typically start from around €6,000, depending on the scope and complexity.
How involved do we need to be during the project?
We’re fairly independent and don’t require much hand-holding, but when it comes to deep domain knowledge or internal context, your involvement becomes important to help us get things right.
Can you work within our existing design system?
Yes—we actually enjoy working with constraints and are happy to adapt to and build on your existing design system.
Do you do branding?
Sometimes—primarily when it’s tied to a digital product that needs a clear and cohesive face.
